We Are...
We are a Licensed Private
Home Care Provider which is a home care service. We
provide personal care and sitter services to the
elderly and individuals with medical disability or
medical
frailty who are at risk of placement in a nursing facility.
Our goal is to provide quality services, consistent
with the needs of the individual client, which are effective
in maintaining the client's independence and safety in the
community as long as possible. We provide care around the
clock to our clients in their homes, hospital, assisted living
facilities and nursing home facilities.
- All services are coordinated and supervised by a
Registered Nurse.
- All care is provided by trained and insured Certified
Nursing Assistants.
- Service
areas include Sumter, Macon, Marion & Schley counties.
Services
Are...
- Personal Care/Support Services -
supervision/cues, stand-by assistance or physical assistance
with eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring
in/out bed or chair, and ambulating.
- Companion or Sitter Task - relieves caregiver for
a specified period of time, provides watchful supervision
and oversight.
- Home Management
- light house keeping, preparing meals, escort to physician
appointments and reporting to the physician, picking up
prescriptions, grocery shopping, bill paying and medication
management.

Suitable clients are those who, because of age, frailty,
medical disability, or the absence of significant others to
provide care, are unable to care for themselves or function on
their own independently.
