How It All Started
In 2007, Innovative Senior Solutions began with one very special client-our grandmother. What started as our family's commitment to compassionate care has helped our company become one of Georgia's most trusted and proven Senior Care industry leaders. Today, we proudly serve seniors and families by delivering personalized services that promote dignity, independence, and a higher quality of life.
We pride ourselves on being the #1 Choice for Senior Care Services by setting the standard for compassionate care, trusted relationships, and affordable service options.
Backed by decades of experience and a commitment to innovation, we deliver personalized care that enriches lives, supports families, and strengthens the communities we proudly serve.
Today, our portfolio includes more than 26 properties, including 18 residential group homes, one 24 bed Personal Care Home facility and five Adult Day Center properties throughout the state of Georgia. Through consulting and coaching, we also help entrepreneurs launch and operate Adult Day Centers by providing education, operational guidance, and access to real estate opportunities-helping shape the next generation of senior care leaders.

ESHONDA BLUE, RN
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eshonda Blue, RN, is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions, where she leads the organization's vision, strategic growth, and expansion. A graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, Eshonda combines more than 28 years of healthcare experience with a passion for helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and purpose through compassionate, community-based care.
She is a sought-after speaker on business leadership, entrepreneurship, and senior care and was selected as a 2025 TEDx Speaker. Eshonda serves on the Board of Directors for the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) and the Georgia Association of Community Care Providers and previously served on the boards of the American Red Cross and the Americus Downtown Development Authority. Under her leadership, Innovative Senior Solutions has grown into one of Georgia's leading senior care organizations, providing Adult Day Centers, Personal Care Homes, transportation services, and franchise opportunities. She is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening communities, and expanding access to high-quality senior care that helps seniors and their families thrive.
JESSICA WRIGHT-FINCH, RN
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Jessica Wright Finch, RN, is the Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions, where she leads operations, program development, and transportation across multiple locations in Georgia. An alumna of Darton College, Jessica brings extensive clinical and leadership experience, having served in every level of nursing from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Registered Nurse (RN).
Her diverse healthcare background provides a deep understanding of both patient care and operational excellence. Jessica is dedicated to advancing innovative, community-based services that support seniors and individuals with disabilities. She is committed to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional, person-centered care. Recognized as a Georgia Trend 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2016, Jessica also serves on the boards of the Americus Housing Authority and Americus Main Street, reflecting her commitment to community leadership and economic development. Through her leadership, Innovative Senior Solutions continues to expand its impact by providing exceptional senior care services throughout Georgia.
WHITNEY KIMBROUGH
Director of Residential Operations
Whitney Kimbrough serves as the Director of Residential Operations for Innovative Senior Solutions, where she leads the organization's Personal Care Home operations, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident care. A graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and a Master of Public Administration.
Whitney joined Innovative Senior Solutions in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and has advanced through multiple leadership and operational roles. With more than a decade of experience in senior care, she is dedicated to expanding community partnerships, strengthening referral networks, and connecting seniors and families with innovative care solutions that help them remain safe, independent, and engaged in their communities. Passionate about community impact and leadership development, Whitney has completed the Advancing Sumter, Public Health Leadership Academy, and Locate South Georgia LEADS programs. She remains committed to improving access to quality senior care through collaboration, innovation, and strong community relationships.
KAYLA BOWENS
Director of Admissions
Kayla Bowens serves as the Director of Admissions at Innovative Senior Solutions. Since joining the company in 2013, she has grown through multiple roles including caregiver, HR, marketing, and management. While earning her associate’s degree in marketing, she gained hands-on experience that helped shape her leadership journey within the company. Today, she oversees admissions with a strong passion for helping seniors and families find quality care and support. She takes pride in continuing the company’s mission of compassionate service and community impact.
Giving Back
At Innovative Senior Solutions, giving back is at the heart of who we are. Through our nonprofit foundation, Caring 4 Seniors, we are committed to improving the lives of seniors and strengthening the communities we serve.
Our Ora Mae Fields Scholarship, established in honor of our grandmother, provides scholarships to students pursuing careers in healthcare, continuing a legacy of compassion, service, and investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals.
We also bring communities together through meaningful initiatives, including local food drives that provide essential groceries and resources to seniors in need. Additional programs include our Annual Senior Festival, Family Day celebrations honoring our clients and caregivers, and Healthcare Professional Brunches that foster collaboration and strengthen senior care throughout Georgia.
